The SRM Project Management Process

Step 1: Benchmarking

Analysis of existing supplies, services or revenue against the SRM proprietary database, the results of which are presented as Cost Savings or Revenue Enhancement Plans that include hard dollar opportunities and proprietary strategies for client approval.

Step 2: Negotiating

SRM will write and negotiate the terms and conditions of the supply agreement, keeping the client informed throughout the process.

Step 3: Executing

SRM is responsible for executing the adopted plan with suppliers and implementing revenue enhancement strategies that are approved by the client.

Step 4: Tracking

SRM performs an oversight and audit tracking function on a monthly basis to insure actual savings or revenue is being realized by the client.
