Introducing Robert Curran, Vice President, Client Management

SRM is pleased to announce that Robert Curran has joined our team as VP of Client Management.

As the newest member of the Client Management team, Robert’s expertise will help SRM clients in the central and southeastern states to pursue opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and process improvement.

Robert’s brings to the company specialized knowledge of risk management services from years of managing Fraud Operations including strategy development and deployment, full in/outbound fraud call centers, and chargeback case processing.  

Prior to coming to SRM, Robert gained a decade of card processing experience from his work at First Data, The Member’s Group (TMG), and most recently CO-OP Financial Services.  He has actively led several processor evaluations for banks and credit unions though his thorough understanding of TMG/CO-OP product offerings.  Prior to TMG/CO-OP, Robert also spent five years in Fraud Product Management including development and deployment of risk-based services across multiple First Data processing platforms. 

Besides talking to clients about ways to enhance banking and member services, his passions are getting progressively worse at golf, Cornhuskers football, and finding the next best Netflix series.

Robert attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  He and his family presently live in Des Moines, Iowa.
